Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Shakar Ali. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Neuvix for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of the service disclosures you should read before using Neuvix.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use the service where doing so is prohibited by sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.

Provide accurate account information, keep it current, and do not share, sell, or transfer access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

Use a strong unique password, protect API keys and recovery codes, and enable MFA where available. Neuvix may revoke sessions, keys, or connections when compromise or abuse is suspected.

You must not use Neuvix to:

• Break the law, evade sanctions or platform rules, or facilitate illegal goods, services, or activity.
• Upload, generate, copy, impersonate, or publish material you do not have the rights, permissions, or lawful basis to use.
• Exploit, threaten, harass, defraud, sexualize minors, create non-consensual intimate material, or cause physical, financial, or reputational harm.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, introduce malware, scrape without permission, or defeat authentication, safety controls, rate limits, or usage accounting.
• Resell access without authorization, share API credentials, automate abusive volume, or use outputs to train or operate a competing service where prohibited by applicable provider terms.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact or authentic evidence where that could mislead or harm someone.

As between you and Neuvix, you retain the rights you already have in material you submit. You must have all rights, consents, and permissions needed to submit and process it.

You grant the operator and its processors a limited worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transmit, display, and otherwise process your content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy and your settings.

You are responsible for your prompts, source material, selections, publications, campaigns, and outputs, including reviewing them for accuracy, rights, disclosures, and compliance before use.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, similar to output produced for others, or unsuitable for your purpose. The service does not promise that output is unique, non-infringing, protectable by intellectual-property law, or accepted by a platform or regulator.

Do not rely on output as professional, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or factual advice. Human review is required before publishing or making consequential decisions.

Prices, taxes, plan limits, credit costs, renewal terms, expiration rules, and advertising budgets shown at checkout or confirmation apply to that purchase. You authorize the selected payment provider and, for advertising, the selected platform to process the amounts you approve.

Refunds, cancellations, and cooling-off rights depend on the purchase terms displayed to you and any non-waivable law. Nothing here removes a statutory consumer right. Used credits, completed generation work, or committed third-party spend may be non-refundable where law permits and the purchase flow disclosed that result.

Connected social networks, payment gateways, AI providers, MCP clients, and linked sites are operated by others. Their terms, privacy notices, availability, content rules, and fees also apply. Neuvix is not responsible for changes or acts controlled by those services.

Software components, model assets, fonts, and other third-party materials remain subject to their applicable open-source or commercial licenses. These terms do not grant rights that their owners have not granted.

The operator may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or the service, comply with law or provider requirements, address non-payment, or respond to a material or repeated breach. Where appropriate, the operator should give notice and a chance to resolve the issue.

You may close an eligible account from Account data settings. Active payments, generations, or advertising campaigns may need to finish or be cancelled first. Retained records and external-provider content are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Features, models, limits, providers, and prices may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside reasonable control. No specific uptime or permanent availability is promised unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. You are responsible for backups of material you need and for reviewing actions before they are published or charged.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. The operator must have locally reviewed liability language in place before commercial launch.

These terms are governed by the laws of laws of the Republic of Iraq, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The operator must provide any required venue, complaint, mediation, or arbitration details applicable to that jurisdiction.

The terms may be updated as the service or law changes. Material changes should be announced where required, and the effective date above must be updated. Continuing to use the service after valid notice means the updated terms apply from their stated date.
