Acceptable Use Policy
Neuvix produces images, video, voice and text that can be published anywhere. These are the limits on what you may make with it, and what happens when someone crosses them.
Effective date:
1. Scope
This policy applies to everything you generate, upload, store, publish to the community, or send through a connected account using Neuvix, including anything an automation runs on your behalf.
It expands on the acceptable-use clause of the Terms of Use, which remains the binding agreement. Where the two speak to the same conduct, the Terms govern.
2. What is not allowed
You may not use Neuvix, or anything made with it, to do or attempt any of the following.
- Anything unlawful where you are, where the subject is, or where the content will be published.
- Any sexual or sexualised depiction of a minor, real or generated, in any style. There is no artistic, fictional or research exception to this.
- Recreating a real person's face, body or voice without their permission, and never for sexual content, endorsements they did not give, or statements they did not make.
- Passing generated media off as a genuine recording of a real event, person or organisation, including fake news, fabricated evidence, impersonation and scams.
- Harassing, threatening, degrading or inciting violence against a person or a group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- Reproducing work you have no right to use, or generating output designed to pass as a specific protected brand, character or copyrighted work.
- Uploading someone else's private information, or generating content that exposes it.
- Probing, overloading or circumventing the service, its rate limits, its billing, or the safety systems of the underlying models, including attempts to make a model produce content this policy prohibits.
- Bulk unsolicited messaging, artificial engagement, or automating a connected account in a way that breaks that platform’s own rules.
3. Real people
The platform can hold a likeness across a set of images and animate a real face. That capability carries the sharpest rule on this page: you need the depicted person’s permission, you need it for the specific use, and permission to appear in one piece of content is not permission to appear in another.
The same applies to voice. Cloning a voice requires the speaker’s consent, and a cloned voice may not be used to say things the speaker did not agree to say.
4. Publishing and the community
Anything you publish to the community gallery is visible to other people and is subject to this policy in full. Keeping something private does not exempt it. The rules above are about what you make, not only about who sees it.
When you connect a social account and let Neuvix post to it, that platform’s own policies apply on top of this one, and its enforcement is its own. Nothing here overrides them.
5. Reporting a violation
Every published post carries a report action, and a report opens a moderation review. Report the specific post rather than describing it. A report carries the item with it, which is what makes it actionable.
For anything not attached to a published post (an account, an automated message, a likeness of you generated by someone else), write to us through Support and say what you found and where.
6. Enforcement
What happens next depends on what was found, and on whether it looks like a mistake or a pattern. The available responses are:
- Removing the content, or making it private.
- Restricting a feature, a model, or the ability to publish.
- Suspending or closing the account. A suspended account cannot sign in.
- Referring the matter to law enforcement, where the content or conduct requires it.
If you believe an action was taken in error, reply to the notice you received or write to us with the account and the item concerned, and it will be looked at again by a person.
