Cookie Policy
Neuvix sets a small number of cookies, all of them needed to sign you in, keep you signed in, or remember your language. This page names each one.
Effective date:
1. What this covers
A cookie is a small value your browser stores for a site and sends back on later requests. This page covers cookies set by the Neuvix website and applications.
It also covers the browser storage the interface uses, which is not technically a cookie but is the same question in practice: something kept on your device between visits.
2. The cookies we set
All of them are strictly necessary: without them you cannot sign in, stay signed in, complete a security check, or keep the language you chose. There is no consent banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.
- Session cookies: a short-lived access token and a longer-lived refresh token. They are what keeps you signed in across pages and across visits. Both are HTTP-only, so page scripts cannot read them, and both are cleared when you sign out.
- A multi-factor challenge cookie, set only between entering your password and entering your second factor. It is short-lived and is discarded as soon as the challenge completes or expires.
- A sign-in state cookie, set only while a Google sign-in is in progress. It exists to prove the response coming back belongs to the request that started it, and is discarded immediately after.
- A language cookie, holding the interface language you picked. It is the only cookie that outlives a session by design, and the only thing in it is a language code.
3. What we do not set
Neuvix loads no advertising pixel, no third-party analytics script, and no cross-site tracking cookie. Nothing on these pages profiles you for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared for that purpose.
Media you upload or generate is served from our own storage. If you deliberately open a third-party service from inside the product (connecting a social account, for example), that service applies its own cookies under its own policy from that point.
4. Browser storage
The interface keeps a few values in your browser rather than on our servers. They never leave your device unless you submit them as part of an action you took.
- Your light or dark theme choice, so the first paint after a reload is not the wrong one.
- Unsent composer drafts (the prompt and settings you were working on), so switching tabs or reloading does not throw away work you had not submitted yet.
5. Your controls
Every browser can list, block and delete cookies for a site, and clearing site data for Neuvix removes both the cookies above and the browser storage. Signing out clears the session cookies immediately.
Blocking cookies for this site does not degrade the product gracefully. It prevents signing in at all, because the session itself is a cookie. Clearing storage also discards any unsent drafts.
6. Changes
If a cookie is added or its purpose changes, this page changes on the same release, and the effective date above moves with it.
