For guidance and contact details, choose the page that matches your request:

- Reporting content or an account: Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Formal notices
Legal notices should be sent to the postal address above and, in parallel, to the email address, naming the account concerned. A notice sent only through a support conversation or a social account is not effective service.
Notices may be sent in English or Arabic. Where a translation of these pages disagrees with the English, the English is the operative version.
4. What to expect
Enquiries are handled by people during working hours, and no response time is guaranteed. Please write once and wait rather than resending. A duplicate does not move a message up the queue.
If you are reporting a security vulnerability, say so in the subject line. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it, and please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before publishing it.
